Returns

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items of the same or different value. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and the item you wish to receive in exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
